General Overview

Stunning views of Lake Michigan from large windows and deck. Private beach access with kayaks and paddle board for guests. Extremely clean and comfortable home.

The Space

1600 square feet of living space with views of the lakefront. Large dining room and living room for gathering with friends and family.

Guest Access

There are 10 steps to access the house. The beach is natural with rock and sand.

Notes

There is WIFI throughout, with a SONOS sound system in the living room. The TV has dish and is set up for streaming Netflix, Hulu etc. A cleaning fee of $150 is required from Exchange partners to ensure home is left in same condition.

Neighbourhood

The house is located on the quiet/wild side of the peninsula. The neighborhood is quiet, with mostly seasonal home owners. Amazing hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and biking are footsteps from the front door! The house is 10-15 minutes from awesome restaurants, breweries, spas, and golf courses.

Getting to my home

Green Bay airport is the closet airport (75 miles) served by American Airlines. A car is a must-very few cars available for hire.
