General Overview

The Apartement is located in the heart of the city, very good transportation. Tram, bus, trolli, subway, everything is within walking distance. The tram 4-6 stops exactly in front of the house. Parliement is within 5 minutes by walk. The building is the closest to the Margaret Island. If you like big walk, jogging or running in a green environment, the Island is your place. Cafes, Restaurants, Bars are also available on the Island, with an amazing view. Also the apt. is surronded by many restaurants, bars, cafes, gourmet shops, grocery stores. The biggest shopping Mall in East Europe, The Westend City Center, is just 1 tram stop away, 5 min.by walking. the tramstation 4-6 is right in front of the house. This is the main tram line of the city. subway is 1 tramstop away, 5min. by walking. Trolli bus station is behind the buliding, 2 min.walk. number 75 and 76 stops there. The 76 brings you directly to the Keleti(east)-Railway station. the Nyugati(west) Railwaystation is 1 tramstop away, or 5min. by walking. the Parliement is 5 streets away, 5min.by walk or one tramstation with tram nr.2. The nr.2 starts in front of the house as well, just the opposite site, need to cross the road. 1 min. If you would like to have a really nice city tour alongside of the Danube, I highly reccommend to take this tram back and forth. only 2 tickets,and you have the bst views in town. it goes around the Parliement, and after that you have a beautiful view onto the Buda castle.

The Space

This is an amazing 40m2 riverside Studio Apartment in Modern Style, A/C, it has a breathtaking Balcony on the fifth (top) floor, with an unique view onto the Buda Hills, Danube and Margaret Island. There is an elevator. The living room/bedroom has an amazing view of the river Danube, you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and romantic dinner on the Balcony with a sunset view as well. It has a queen bed 140*200 and a pull out sofa, which is good for 2 person as well. So it has actually place for 4person, but in the same room. If its not a problem, you can ask for 4 person as well.

Guest Access

Its on the 5th floor, top floor. There is a self checkin, if Iam not there. There are 2 beds for 4 people, however, in my opinion is more comfortable for 3 person, but 4 can fit as well.

Notes

there is a professional cleaning team who does the cleaning for you, so I would like to ask a 70$/eur cleaning fee, if its not a sim.exchange.

Neighbourhood

You will find everything. Its in the heart of the city, in front of me is the Margharet-island. Restaurants, bars, open air theatre and lots of more. Running track, open air gym, Baths, swimming pools,stc.... Parking is hard, only on the streets nearby. or there are some parking garages 1 or 2 bus stops.
