This is an amazing 72m2 luxury riverside Apartment in Art Deco Gatsby Style,  A/C,  it has a breathtaking Balcony on the fifth (top) floor, with an unique view onto the Buda Hills, Danube and Margaret Island.

It has place for 3 people.

The living room and also the bedroom has an amazing view of the river Danube, you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and romantic dinner on the Balcony with a sunset view as well.

I really like just sit out on the balcony, and watch the sunset, the running traffic, and the busy life of Budapest.

The dining table is a foldable pool-table from the late 19th century, from the UK. You can also enjoy a snooker/pool game before or after the dinner as well. You can find many indoor games. If you ever thought about time travel, this is the place, where you would like to stay. The Radio in the living room is from the 50's, all original, but you can connect your phone through BT, and listen your favourite music from it. The 2 armchair in the hall is the work of Imre Mahunka, from the early 1900's, he was the furniture manufacturer  of the last hungarian Caesar-King, Charles the IV.

there is a professional cleaning team who does the cleaning for you, so I would like to ask a 100$/eur cleaning fee, if its not a sim.exchange.
