Our vacation home is in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, which has fantastic amenities such as a large saltwater lagoon pool, kiddie pool, a hot tub, private beach access, tennis courts, and four designer golf courses! Take a walk down to the nearby beach with its sugar-white sands and warm waters, or make a reservation to hike the 200 acres of the unique Coffeen Nature Preserve a little over a mile east. Visit the Village of Baytowne Wharf, only two miles north (on tram line), offering fine dining, shopping, and regular special events and festivals right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Plus, Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a short drive away if you’d like to do some shopping!

This vacation home is managed by a property management company. Our calendar may not be always up to date, but please feel free to message us. If we agree an exchange we will of course block those dates off for you.

The Space

The furnished, wrap-around balcony offers views of the Gulf of Mexico as well. In-home essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer .
