Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood has sidewalks and beautiful views. We are about 7-8 minutes to the closest grocery store and winery. It is 30 minutes to Calistoga/Napa Valley, 20 minutes to Healdsburg, 30 minutes to Sonoma, 35 minutes to Bodega Bay and the Pacific Coast. There are over 300 wineries within an hour's drive and Michelin starred restaurants, farmers markets, amazing breweries (the famous Russian River Brewing Company is 15 minutes - Lagunitas in Petaluma about 25 minutes).
The climate - and lots of sunshine — are why we chose this area. Hiking trails abound, and the area is a cycling Mecca as well. The Russian River offers recreation and there is a full on safari park, museums and shopping.
Nearest airport
Closest Airport is STS Charles Schulz Sonoma County - 15 minutes by car/Uber. Alternative airports- SFO San Francisco (1hr 20mn) OAK Oakland (1hr 15 mn) SMF Sacramento (1hr 40mn).

"Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. Hoping for March 2025 ish. Open to non-SIM, reciprocal and globe exchanges. Likely 4 adults if my brother and sister in law can join us and ok with our exchange partners. They joined us last year in NZ on our exchanges."

"Looking to meet up with our daughter and her family during our grandkids' 2025 spring break - preferably gulf coast or near Kennedy Space Center. There would be 4 adults, a 4 year old and an 8 year old."
