This is our recreational home. Coco is a beach town. Our condo is a 7 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to 6/7 restaurants and 14. Minutes to the heart of downtown.
We have a beautiful deck. The condo was listed as 750 sq. Feet, two bed, two bath. My gut tells me they used the deck to get the total up to 750.
One bedroom has two single beds and the other has a king. Both bathrooms are. Good size but no bathtub.

Our complex, Green Turtle, has 22 condos. It has a lovely pool and beautifully cared for tropical greenery. 20 of 22 condos, including our condo, are NOT rental units.

Renting cars is super expensive in Costa Rica. Our condo is in a walkable location. Groceries are more challenging but local taxis are cheap and plentiful.
