Our accommodation is close to the city center of Nantes (5 minutes by car), easily accessible in 15 minutes by tramway located right next to the house. We are also 5 minutes from the airport (you will hear and see sometimes some planes passing by, I prefer to warn you anyway but the kids love it). Our house is from 2015 so it has all the comforts and conveniences of a modern house. We live in a large contemporary style house of 135 m2. It is spacious, bright and very pleasant to live in. It was entirely built 5 years ago and is therefore perfectly modern and functional. It is functional with its private spaces: master suite, children's area, open kitchen, patio... The living room is more than 65 m2, including a spacious kitchen open to the living room. The master bedroom is 20 square meters and has its own Italian shower room with basins and dressing room. We also have a bedroom (used as a playroom by the children on the first floor) with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed, a shaded outdoor patio of more than 25m2, a laundry room and a garden of 240m2 that is currently being developed. The terraces await you with a natural stone part and an exotic wood part for the dining area, the whole representing more than 50m2 of terrace. The house is mainly equipped with noble materials for the living room and the bathroom of the master suite: beech, natural stone. The kitchen is fully equipped: American fridge, induction cooker, hood, dishwasher... Dryer and washing machine are also available in the cellar. The first floor is composed of 2 bedrooms: one with a single bed and a trundle bed, the other with a single bed that can be transformed into a double bed. The rooms are more than 11m2. The rooms on the first floor have their own bathroom with bathtub. You will appreciate our accommodation for the comfort, with also the necessary equipment to welcome children. Our accommodation is perfect for couples and families. If you are coming with your children/babies, let me know what you need and I will try to find what you need. It is ideally located to relax near the sea while enjoying the cultural and artistic visits of Nantes. Our accommodation is close to downtown Nantes, easily accessible in 15 minutes by tramway located right next to the house or 5 minutes by car. You can also go to the beach as we are only 25 minutes away from the nearest beach. Our house is in the center of a small town in the Nantes area with all the necessary amenities and quick access to the city. The PUY DU FOU park is located 1 hour away. The lake of Grand Lieu, classified as a national nature reserve, is 10 minutes from the house. We have a cleaning lady who comes every Friday morning. If it's not a problem for you, she will come during our absence without any charge for you but we want you to enjoy the house without having to anticipate too much the cleaning etc... In short enjoy and appreciate!
