Visão Geral

This is our primary residence, it is a nice townhome located in the suburbs of Los Angeles. My home is located near all major freeway and interchanges which makes it easy to get to all attractions Los Angeles has to offer. We are east of Los Angeles in a area called "The San Gabriel Valley". It consists of more than 8 cities that make up San Gabriel Valley. San Gabriel Valley is known for its Asian neighborhoods. There are Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, Filipino, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Thai. You can find all these cuisines in our area and they are pretty authentic. In our neighborhood it is predominantly asian and mexican. So you can get some good street tacos or some really good asian fare. We have a Mexican supermarket across the street, a large park a few minutes away and different types of fast foods within 5 mins drive. We have several hospitals located 5 mins away. We are 15mins away from downtown Los Angeles, 40mins away from Disneyland, 30 mins from Knotts Berry Farm, 35 mins from Universal Studios, depending on what you want to do or where you want to go, we are centrally located from all of Los Angeles.

Our townhome is 1440 sq foot and the front yard is about 400 sq ft. It is 2 stories. On the first floor we have a large 2 car garage that enters into a full kitchen, in our dining room we put a 3 in 1 pool table, air hockey and ping pong table because its just the two of us and we dont need a dining table to eat. We just eat in the living room where we have a coffee table. A portable dining table is provided is one is needed. Living room has a 65' Vizio smart TV that's compatible with Android and Iphone, a gas fireplace and comfy couches. Upstairs, we have a large master bedroom with walk in closet and large stand up shower in the restroom with toilet and vanity. A guest room with queen bed is located in the hallway upstairs along with its own full shower/bath combo with toilet and vanity.

Acesso do convidado

We prefer to exchange with couples for our townhome and lock up our master bedroom and just have guests use the guest bedroom and bathroom and the downstairs living room, dining area and kitchen.

Notas

We have dogs in our home that goes to Grandma and Grandpa, so for those that have allergies to pet hair..maybe it wont be ideal for your to stay here

Vizinhança

We are located in downtown baldwin park and is on the main blvd. You may hear some street noise from time to time but the convenience of a bus stop outside and a supermarket across the street.

Having a car is LA is a must, public transportation is available but not very efficient.

There is a Mexican Supermarket chain called "Vallarta" across the street, CVS Pharmacy 2 blocks away. We have Mc Donalds across the street, KFC and Burger King 5mins away by walking. Lots of eateries, shopping centers less than 10mins away
