Neighbourhood
Our home is in a quiet camp area on the lake. Please respect our neighbors. Brownfield is a quiet community with one store/gas station, two restaurants, a community center with tennis courts and a playground, a laundromat and a small market. There are local hiking trails nearby. It is also home to Stone Mountain Arts Center, check out their music line up online. They have shows year round and serve dinner before the show. We are close to Cornish or Fryeburg Maine with a few more restaurants and grocery stores and North Conway is only a half hour away with skiing, entertainment and summer fun activities.
Nearest airport
The closest airport is Portland, Maine, 1 hour away. Boston is 2.5 hours away.
Getting around
You will need a car to get around in our area. There is no public transportation or taxis or uber drivers.
