General overview

We have a lovely three bedroom semi detached house in Giffnock we would love to share with you. We bought the house in August 2022 and are in the process of redecorating so some decor differs from the pictures.

The space

Our street only has houses on one side so it is a quiet tree lined street. Through the front door you come into a bright hallway leading into our living room, downstairs bedroom, kitchen, utility and small bathroom. Lots of light and looking out into the green garden and trees opposite. The downstairs also has a lovely kitchen and dining space, this is where we spend most of our time crafting, painting, eating and socialising. The utility door leads out to a modest side garden. Upstairs there is a bathroom and two bedrooms. The front bedroom is large with lots of light and a beautiful tree view. The house is very welcoming with big bright rooms.

Guest access

There are steps up to the front door from the street and one set of stairs to the first floor.

Notes

Our bedrooms are currently set up in the following way - Downstairs bedroom has a set of bunk beds and space for an air mattress. Upstairs we have one room with a set of bunk beds and a main room with a queen bed and a queen bed sofa.
