General overview

We have a lovely three bedroom terrace house in Glasgow we would love to share with you.

The space

I’ve included a floor plan in the pictures section. Through the front door you come into a bright hallway leading into a large recently redecorated living room with large windows and lots of light. The downstairs also has an open plan kitchen and dining space, this is where we spend most of our time crafting, painting, eating and socialising. The kitchen door leads out to a modest back garden. Upstairs there is a large modern bathroom. Three bedrooms, two very large and one smaller that we currently have set up as our office. The house was built in 1920 and is very welcoming with big bright rooms.

Guest access

There are steps up to the front door from the street and one set of stairs to the first floor.

Neighbourhood

Glasgow has more green spaces per capita than any other European city, and as you stroll along handsome Victorian streets or pass over the river that was once the centre of the British Empire's shipbuilding industry, you are never far from a grassy square or a patch of parkland. It also has a thriving music and theatre community, excellent restaurants for all tastes and incredible museums. You can take workshops and classes in just about anything and the people are so friendly. Further afield you have access to Loch Lomond, Edinburgh and the Highlands.

Getting around

We are two minutes walk from a train station and you can be in the centre of Glasgow in fifteen minutes. The main train station links you all over the country. We also have bus links within five minutes walk. We have a subway system and the city is set up for strolling if you like to experience the city on foot.
