General overview
Guest apartment just outside of Coimbra with easy access to many places in Portugal and the beaches. This is also a great location for hiking, paddleboarding and cycling. Lots of nature, but easy drives to many cities in Portugal.

We are a couple enjoying travel in Europe. We would like to exchange mostly for Germany, Spain, and other locations, including Costa Rica.
We also travel to Florida on occasion since we have family there and could do an exchange in Tampa, St. Pete, Sarasota etc. Currently, we're not interested in other US/Canada locations.
The space
Completely renovated one bedroom/one bath apartment adjacent to our house. Large open concept living, dining, kitchen area and a small but functional bedroom.
Very central location in Portugal with view of the mountains, but the beaches are also just an hour away. This is a great location to explore the country or stay local and enjoy both the Atlantic and the river beaches.
Guest access
One floor, only two steps to enter the apartment.

Supermarkets are a 5-10 min drive away. We have a gas station with bakery/groceries 400 m from the house. Lots of restaurants/cafes in town.
Getting to my home
See above, this area is best visited by car. There are buses as well that connect to Coimbra.

Porto 150 km, Lisbon 208 km
Getting around
Supermarkets are a 5-10 min drive away. We have a gas station with bakery/groceries 400 m from the house. Lots of restaurants/cafes in town.
We recommend coming by car.
