General overview
Hello,
We are family of 4 who loves to travel! Lets see if we can make something work. Right now we are planning our summer travels with the kids going to be out of school. July and first part of August are pretty open for up to two week exchanges. Into the next school year we should be able work in a couple 1 week exchanges.
(I will add updated pictures as I can, have to clean the house:), and wait for the snow to go away for outside pictures...)
We have lived in this house for 3 years and have been customizing it to all of our likings. We have updated the kitchen/main floor, and the master suite. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 on the same floor, and 4 bathrooms. The back yard has room to run around and we are very close to a nature area with the "mighty Missouri" river running by. This section of the Missouri has world class fishing opportunities, and float trips can be arranged.
Great Falls is a great central location for the state of Montana! The State Capital is 1 hour away, the closest mountains are 30 minutes away for great hiking and sight seeing. There are many mountain ranges all around us. With mountain lakes, and hiking trails. There are lots of wildlife viewing opportunities around with plenty of deer living around and even in the neighborhood.

Yellowstone National Park is easy to get to to the south, and Glacier National Park is easy to drive to the north. We make a great jumping off point to either.
The space
The kitchen has been fully remodeled to make it larger, and to make it wide open to the living room, and dining room. Plenty of space for gathering and socializing. The master bedroom has also been updated to have a large ensuite bath with walk in shower and soaking jetted tub, and large walk in closet. Master also has a comfy king size bed. There are two bedrooms on the same level as the master each with kids twin beds. The fourth bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed and its own bathroom. There is also a large tv room with a wet bar attached.
Guest access
There are stairs in the house, and steps to get into the house. It is a "split level", so there are multiple levels. We will provide a code to use for the locking front door.

Neighbourhood
We live in a very queit area of town in a cul-de-sac. Very nice and welcoming neighbors, and a large nature area within a 2 minute walk. Walking trails and river access there.
Getting to my home
If you are on a road trip, there is easy access to Great Falls from anywhere in the state. The local International airport here also has flights to many locations.
Nearest airport
Great Falls International Airport is 5 minutes away. Also can check flights into Bozeman International Airport which is 3 hours away but sometimes has better prices...
Getting around
We would be happy to talk about having access to one of our vehicles. We have a Chevy Suburban, and a Pontiac Torrent. There are rental cars available here too, but we can talk:). There are many local shops, a few chain stores, many restaurants, and bars.
