General overview

Modern country home on acreage 10 minutes to the city of Nanaimo and 10 minutes to the city of Parksville. There are 8 golf courses close by plus fishing, scuba diving, sailing, hiking behind and in front of the house. World class winter skiing is 1.5 hrs north at Mount Washington. Boating and whale watching is close by and only a 2 hour drive from Victoria, and 2 hours to Tofino on the west coast. There is bus service right out front of the home. Easy to do a day trip to Vancouver on the car ferry, a new passenger fast ferry to downtown Vancouver or a 20 minute float plane ride to downtown Vancouver. We also just built a Pickleball court. This area has it all and something for everyone.
