General overview
Our home is light, airy and well equipped for families or couples. The sitting room is comfortable and relaxing and the open plan kitchen/diner leads to a large sunny garden. Our semi detached house is the last house nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac that leads directly to an open plum orchard. Our house is 5 mins away from beautiful fields and walks of the Cotswolds. We love living here and hope our visitors love coming!
The space
Our 1950s home is in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. We have a porch and hallway leading to an open plan, kitchen/diner which also has a sofa area with tv, so is a real communal area. The French doors of the slate roof conservatory lead to the garden where we have a 3 seating areas; 1 shaded table and chairs, one in the sun and a large lounge area to seat 8 +. We have goals, climbing frame, gym bars, play house, bug house and plenty of outdoor games!
Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms, our kingsize bed looks out to lovely tree tops and we have a desk space in this room in the bay window. Our second bedroom has a cabin bed, suitable for adults and can accommodate 2 mattresses on the floor if required. The third bedroom has a ziplock twin bed that coverts to a double if needed. We have two upstairs bathrooms with a bath and two showers. We have a downstairs loo and utility area.

Neighbourhood
In churchdown within walking distance there is a lovely ‘cakery’, local friendly pub, shops and supermarket. It is 5 minute to get some open fields and walking in the countryside. Easy routes to Stroud, Cheltenham Gloucester docks, Cotswold way and lovely Gloucestershire villages and attractions.
