General Overview

We have recently extended and developed our home but are yet to update the photos but we can now accommodate 10 people. Our home is light, airy and well equipped for families or couples. The sitting room is comfortable and relaxing and the open plan kitchen/diner leads to a large sunny garden. Our semi detached house is the last house nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac that leads directly to an open plum orchard. Our house is 5 mins away from beautiful fields and walks of the Cotswolds. We love living here and hope our visitors love coming!

The Space

Our 1950s home is in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. We have a porch and hallway leading to an open plan, kitchen/diner and gorgeous sun room all open and leading to the garden. The garden is quiet and relaxing with play areas for children. We have goals, gym bars, bug house and plenty of outdoor games! Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms, our kingsize bed with chaise in the bay window. Our second bedroom has a Japanese style single bed. The third bedroom has another single bed and a mattress stored underneath as required. The fourth bedroom also has a single bed with mattress underneath if required. We have two upstairs bathrooms with a bath and two showers. We have a downstairs loo, cloakroom and great utility area with washing machine and heat pump dryer.

Neighbourhood

In Churchdown within walking distance there is a lovely ‘cakery’, local friendly pub, shops and supermarket. It is 5 minute to get some open fields and walking in the countryside. Easy routes to Stroud, Cheltenham Gloucester docks, Cotswold way and lovely Gloucestershire villages and attractions.

Nearest airport

Nearest airports are Bristol and Birmingham both around an hour to 1.5 hour drive away.
