Ours is a 3 bedroom house with a big front yard and a cozy back yard. 2km from beaches (BotanyBay), 10-minute walk from train station and then after 20 minutes more on trains, we are in the CBD.
Sydney's gorgeous beaches like Maroubra, Little Bay, La Perouse are all within 20-minute-drive distance. Playgrounds for kids are 1, 5, 10, 15, and 20 minutes away.

1 large bedroom and two smaller ones. In term of beds: 1 queen, 1 double, and 1 single.
BBQ in the backyard.

We don't have a private pool, and we have to go to the beach for swimming.

By air: Uber charges us <$20 to get to our place from Sydney Airport.
By train: from Central Station we take the Hurstville/SouthernCoast Line - <20 minutes to get to Banksia station
