Ours is a 3 bedroom house with a big front yard and a cozy back yard. 2km from beaches (BotanyBay), 10-minute walk from train station and then after 20 minutes more on trains, we are in the CBD. Sydney's gorgeous beaches like Maroubra, Little Bay, La Perouse are all within 20-minute-drive distance. Playgrounds for kids are 1, 5, 10, 15, and 20 minutes away.

Lo spazio

1 large bedroom and two smaller ones. In term of beds: 1 queen, 1 double, and 1 single. BBQ in the backyard. Trampoline in the front yard. We don't have a private pool, and we have to go to the beach for swimming. Ducted air conditioner, and fans.
