One of the best things about New Mexico is that we get sun, even when we have snow on the ground.
From the Steinway piano for playing beautiful music, to an extendable dining table (which seats 10 more guests), to our brand new reclining sectional sofa, the main living area is made for great gatherings.

Because of our elevation (7,500 feet) we get a lot of snow in the winter! Our private hiking trail is the perfect place to enjoy a winter walk in the woods!

Downstairs, the kids' bedroom has a bunk bed with a desk that also converts to a bed, plus 2 more beds in a loft.
The only way to get up to the 2 loft beds... A climbing wall! The kids love this feature (and I can climb up there too to make the beds... or hide from the kids! 😂).

This is a view of the kitchen island with the 4 chairs. This is usually where everyone gathers for breakfast or chats with the cook during meal prep. You can also see a little peek at the backyard with our small pool.

This room is a combination guest room and exercise room. There is a Murphy bed (queen) which can be opened or stored for more space.
The exercise room has a weight bench and lots of weights.
Also in the guest/exercise room, there is a TV with DirectTV, Netflix, Disney+ and a Playstation.
Exercise bike is located upstairs so you can enjoy the view or watch TV while cycling.
