Algemeen overzicht

We (Eva, Jasper and our dog Umi) love our apartment in the West of Rotterdam! It's very bright, even in winter, it's spacious, and centrally located. Central station is only 7 minutes by bike! There is great connection to both highways and public transport. Rotterdam airport is a 15 minute bike ride away (and you'll never hear the planes) and Schiphol airport 35 minutes by car, or 25 minutes by train. The neighborhood is very lively with restaurants, bars, and parks nearby. The apartment itself features one master bedroom with adjacent washing room with toilet, one multifunctional bedroom/workspace with sound proof glass walls, an open kitchen, a bathroom with comfortable bathtub, an extra toilet, and a very spacious roof top terrace (~40m2) with lounge area, table with 6 chairs, outside kitchen + BBQ and hammock.

De ruimte

On the first floor, you can find the master bedroom with a kingsize bed, and an adjacent room with an extra toilet and a washing machine and dryer. On the second floor you will find the living room, extra bedroom, the bathroom, seperate toilet, and the stairs to the roof terrace! We have a spacious and bright living room with two seating areas, a dining area, and an adjacent kitchen. From the living room, you can access the second bedroom with a foldable futon (we have a matras topper for extra comfiness!), a chair with an overchair table where you can work. The glass is sound proof! The whole house is filled with cosy, soft lighting sources for the optimal zen experience :)

Omgeving

You can find lots of nice bars and restaurants in the area! You can always message me for my recommendations :) Old Delfshaven is close by, which is a beautiful neighborhood to visit. There is a park very close to the house (Roel Langerak Park), but the Vroesenpark and Euromastpark are also nearby! It's close to the highway, and 7 minutes by bike to the central station and city center.
