Algemeen overzicht

We offer a lakefront experience in a well appointed, fully renovated, three bedroom, two full bathroom lake house.

De ruimte

A wall of windows on the main floor fills the house with light and amazing mountain views. Whether you are hanging out in the large living room (with three big comfortable couches), dining in at the table with seating for eight, or cooking in the fully equipped kitchen on the the huge granite island, you will appreciate the spacious open floor plan. There's even a nook for card playing and puzzle puzzling. This space is fresh and friendly and we want you to feel at home. Upstairs there is a cozy den for movie/TV watching with lots of DVD's to choose from (Dirty Dancing included) and full access to Netflix/Hulu and all of your subscription channels with unlimited Wi'Fi access for streaming and more. The three bedrooms are outfitted with a king bed, a queen bed and kid friendly bunk room with two upper bunks for children and a double bed below. The king and queen bedrooms facing the lake are generously sized and you will awaken to see the morning sun sparkling on the water. The house offer multiple generous outdoor living spaces. You can relax on top of the boathouse deck, sit on the shaded side patio, or hang out in the lower screened porch, with comfy seating and even an air hockey game for little and big kids. We offer four kayaks (adult and child sized). A large lake-side sand play area will keep the younger set occupied for hours. Our pet policy welcomes one to two small dogs (25lbs and under) but unfortunately we can't manage larger dogs or cats. Our house is well suited for up to six adults and three children, but we don't recommend more than six adults. Bunk beds are best for the kiddos! We are ideally situated just inside Hummingbird Cove. This setting provides both the calm waters found off the main lake and the unbelievable views not often seen deeper inside coves. We invite you to enjoy our magical Lake Lure home.

Our house sits 5 steps down from the street and there is a staircase between our two floors. Bedrooms, the family room and one full bath is upstairs and the main living area with kitchen, dining, and living room as well as another full bath is downstairs.

Vervoer in je omgeving

You do need a vehicle to get to and from the lake house. Grocery store and restaurants are a ten minute car ride away. Boat rental is always a good idea at the lake and we can recommend a company for you.
