Wij zijn een gezin van 4 , bijna 5 en op zoek naar een huizenruil naar Vancouver Island met ons prachtige boomlandschap in Noord-New South Wales, Australië. We zouden idealiter eind augustus/september 2023 voor 6 maanden willen ruilen en in de Cowichan-vallei zijn (ik kom uit Canada en heb heimwee om naar British Columbia te verhuizen, maar om ervoor te zorgen dat mijn Aussie-echtgenoot en geklimatiseerde kinderen de winter kunnen overleven) zou graag proberen om in Canada te wonen voor een proefperiode van ongeveer 6 maanden). Ons huis ligt op 8 minuten rijden van het strand, maar verscholen in een Aussie bushland, waardoor het een heiligdomachtig gevoel krijgt.
