Beautiful custom cedar home in a quiet country neighborhood and is perfect for the traveling family. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed, large bathroom with two sinks, lots of space, and a walk-in closet. The master opens to the back lanai with a direct view of the fenced-in backyard. The other two bedrooms are smaller and look out toward the front of the house. One contains a queen sized bed, and the other a full sized bed. These rooms would be perfect for the kids.
The kitchen has recently been remodeled with brand new appliances. The dining area opens to the back lanai which connects to the door to the master bedroom. The living area has an open floor plan with stunning open beam ceilings. There is a balcony off the living room with partial ocean views.
The house is about a two minute walk to the ocean, which is great for fishing or launching kayaks. There is a sunbathing beach approximately a 10-minute drive north.
About a 30-minute drive to the famous north shore, 20-minute drive to Kailua, and 25 minute drive into Honolulu. 5 minutes to Kualoa Ranch.
Convenient to all shops, grocery stores, and restaurants in our small town. The nearest grocery store is about 5 minutes away. Bus stop at the end of the road will take you into town or toward the north shore.
We do have high-speed internet, Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, etc. No telephone land line.
We have a mother-in-law unit on the ground floor, which is currently rented to tenants. This unit has a separate entrance, but the tenants would share the large driveway. Most of the time you won’t even know they’re here.

Wij zijn een gezin van 5 met een zoon bij OSU en 2 meisjes van 11 en 10 jaar. We zijn eenvoudig en hebben niet veel nodig! We houden van wandelen en in de natuur zijn.
