Lo spazio

Our first house, is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a quiet building. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one double with an en suite bathroom and another with four beds for a total of 6 beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a small bathtub, a very well equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, a microwave, a small closet and a balcony. Then there is an open lounge / living room. In the living room and in the bedrooms there is air conditioning. Heating is centralized

The apartment is in a very convenient area of Rome, near the metro station "Giulio Agricola" (200 meters) in the district tuscolano / cinecittà, from here you can easily reach any point of Rome. A few hundred meters there is the Parco degli Acquedotti, one of the largest in the city, within the Park it is possible, for a fee, to rent bicycles, play tennis or golf. Nearby Cinecittà film studios are a set of excellent performance theaters and are the summit of the Italian film industry.
