Welcome to this charming top-floor studio nestled under the Parisian rooftops! Bathed in natural light through beautiful skylights, this cozy 20m² space offers everything you need for a comfortable and authentic Parisian stay. The studio is thoughtfully organized and lovingly filled with lush green plants, giving it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, rice cooker, and all the cookware you need. A washing machine, two mini-fridges, and fast Wi-Fi are also available. The shower room and toilet are separate — and as a little bonus, the toilet is a Japanese-style washlet! The building has an elevator. On a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of the top of the Eiffel Tower right from the window. This is a true Parisian home — not a hotel — and you will feel it from the moment you walk in. Rue Singer sits in the prestigious 16th arrondissement, one of Paris's most elegant and peaceful neighborhoods. Steps away, you will find the Seine river and the Trocadéro. The Bois de Boulogne is within easy walking distance. The area is home to numerous embassies, giving it a calm and international atmosphere. For daily needs, four supermarkets, an indoor market, and the Passy Plaza shopping center are all within walking distance. The metro is nearby, making the whole city easily accessible.

I am a Taiwanese-born Chinese language instructor based in Paris, teaching at several French universities including Sciences Po and Sorbonne. I love travel, languages, and cultural exchange.
