We live in a spacious 1,500 ft² (approximately 1,200 ft² of indoor space and 300 ft² of terrace space)
duplex located on the 6th and 7th floors of a building in the heart of Paris. The apartment features two large terraces and is ideally situated near rue Daguerre, with excellent access to public transportation, including the RER B, metro lines 4, 6, and 13, and Gare Montparnasse. This makes it easy to reach universities and tourist sites throughout Paris.

The apartment has a modern design with a spacious living area and a large sofa and HD television, perfect for family time. The large terrace is ideal for family gatherings, with a large table, barbecue, and garden furniture. The apartment is air-conditioned and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an office room. The kitchen has a coffee machine, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and toaster. We can also set up two single beds or children's beds in one or more of the rooms if needed. We provide high-quality bedding, ample storage space, linens, towels for your convenience.

Additionally, we have a parking space and a car available for exchange/rental. We also have a cat, which can either stay in the apartment, accompany us, or be cared for by a family member, depending on your preference.
