L'appartement donne sur une grande cour-jardin, très calme. Résider chez nous vous donnera l'occasion de vivre à la parisienne, avec la possibilité de profiter de la ville très facilement et de vous retrouver au calme et dans le confort après vos balades. Transports en commun à proximité immédiate (la station de métro la plus proche est à moins de 50 mètres !)
Nous vous attendons avec plaisir pour vous faire apprécier notre ville autant que nous.
La maison
bright, comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The apartment opens onto a large, quiet courtyard-garden. Staying with us will give you the opportunity to live like a Parisian, with the possibility of enjoying the city very easily and finding yourself in peace and comfort after your walks. Public transport in the immediate vicinity (the nearest metro station is less than 50 meters away!) We look forward to welcoming you and helping you enjoy our city as much as we do.
The apartment comprises a large living/dining room, a separate kitchen where two or three people can have a meal (there's also a large table in the dining room), a bathroom, a master bedroom, a children's bedroom, and a study, which I'll probably use to store various things during the exchange, and to which my guests won't have access.
The master bedroom has a 140 x 200 cm bed.
In the children "s room, my daughter "s bed is on a mezzanine, and is not suitable for a child under 6. The single extra bed is also in this room, and is a convertible armchair with a slatted base and a new mattress.
The kitchen is equipped with two induction hobs, a new electric oven, microwave, freezer-fridge, Italian and bodum coffee-maker (no nespresso,...), dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower and separate toilets.
The apartment is on the sixth floor, very bright, with double exposure, one onto the large garden courtyard, the other onto the street (but there is double glazing). The building is very well located for visiting Paris, since it is less than 50 meters from the Reuilly-Diderot metro station, where metro lines 1 and 8 pass. Line 1 allows you to join:
- Gare de Lyon (5 mins),
- Chatelet in 15 min,
-the Louvre in 20 minutes,
-the Champs Elysées in 25 minutes, but also the Bois de Vincennes (10 minutes)..
Line 8 goes to the Grand Boulevards (15 m), the Opera (20 mins). In 10 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by metro you are in Nation, where the RER A passes, which takes you west to Saint Germain en Laye, east to Disneyland.
Accessibilité
You have to go up the equivalent of one floor to access the courtyard. Then there is an elevator.
À noter
The apartment is really ideally located for visiting Paris, very well served by transport, there are 20 minutes between the moment you close the apartment door and the moment you arrive at the Louvre for example, direct (no connection) by metro. Many food shops nearby: butcher, bakery, organic and/or local fruit and vegetables. In short, the beautiful and sweet life in Paris.

Quartier
District of the 12th arrondissement between Gare de Lyon, Place de la Bastille and Place de la Nation. Lively neighborhood with food shops in the immediate vicinity, the Aligre market, a typical food market 6 days a week, 10 minutes on foot, nice restaurants nearby.
