Welcome to our Executive Home on the historic Wigwam Golf course and 10 minutes from Glendale Stadium. 4000 square feet of executive living within a private gated community in Litchfield Park AZ. Home features 5 separate bedrooms all with their own on full bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have king beds and the 4th has a double and single bed. The 5th bedroom / office has  day bed.
We are situated in Litchfield Park.  Our home has large kitchen with granite island bar.  Heated swimming pool overlooking the 14 hole on the Wigwam Red Golf Coarse.  You can walk to the main WigWam resort for dinner and drinks, or ride your bike along the pathways on the course in the evening and enjoy the large canopy trees and well kept fairways. We have many birds that are natural to the area because of these big trees, and we get lots of hummingbirds during the winter. 
We are only 10 minutes from Glendale Stadium and Westgate shopping and entertainment district. Many Golf courses nearby, 5 min drive to all sorts of shopping and restaurants. 

Walking distance to the famous Wigwam Resort where they  have
Restaurants and outdoor eating areas with firepits. 
Our backyard has a private pool and outdoor living and eating area with firepit, and gas barbeque
