General overview

My newly renovated apartment is located in the city center served by public transport, in front of the port, very close to Pisa airport. The apartment has all the comforts that people, who want to visit Tuscany, need. The location gives you the possibility to spend one day by the sea and the day after enjoying art like in Pisa or in Florence.

The space

My newly renovated apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator of a building located in the city's central shopping street, 200mt from the port. The apartment is not very large but has all the amenities a couple needs even with young children. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed, pay/cable TV and PC station. The other bedroom has the Montessori bed, I can also get you an additional cot/crib. The bathroom with a window has a shower and bidet. In the living room there is TV with chromecast, a motorized sofa with extendable legs, table with 4 chairs, high chair for children, kitchen with all appliances. The rest of the living room is used as a play area with a large mat (which I also use to do yoga), the area contains montessori toys and a small table with a baby chair. (If you come without children I can remove all the toys and leave you the space to do gymnastics or add an extra bed for adults). From the kitchen there is access to the small terrace with washing machine and drying rack, there is no dryer because the sea is 200mt away, the climate is very pleasant, we prefer to dry clothes in the sun. In the apartment there is both air conditioning and independent heating. It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties in the apartment.

Guest access

The apartment is located at the 4th floor with elevator. The building access is in the main street.

Notes

The apartment is totally smoke free. The apartment is not available for parties. You will find the apartment fully clean and i will charge you 35euros for the final cleaning made by professional cleaners.

The apartment is located in the city center in the main shopping street, two grocery store by the building and all kind of stores you need, 200 meters from the port, opposite the bus stops to reach every destination but train station can be reached in 15 minutes walking. Pisa in 12 minutes by train, Florence is 50 minutes by train, the seaside in 200 meters, the best beaches are reachable in 15 minutes by bus.

Getting to my home

from Pisa airport you can reach Livorno in 13 minutes by train. Arrived at Livorno train station you can catch the bus and reach the apartment in a couple of minutes or walk for 20 minutes.
