General Overview

My house is a hidden gem surrounded my hill country views yet very close to the city. Its situated on the top of the hill on my 1.5 acres with no visibility of any neighbors! Complete privacy! Spacious and well laid out house for relaxing and entertaining.

The Space

Large living/ dining room, with well appointed kitchen just off the living space. Second level has 2 beds and 1 bath (one is our younger kids playroom so many many toys to play with!) Third level is the primary suite with best deck for views of the sunset every night!

Guest Access

This house has many many stairs! Its a split level house with 4 or 5 levels! Fun for hide and seek! There is an apartment on the property as well that we can discuss if it will be rented or not.

Neighbourhood

We live in a great quiet neighborhood. Fun walks and great playground close by. There is a neighborhood pool but it requires reservations so we will need to coordinate on that.

Getting to my home

A car is definitely needed as we are a 10-15 min drive to most everything in any direction!

Getting Around

Hill country, wineries, breweries, shopping, Austin sites, rivers, etc are all accessible easily with a car.

Keturah

We are open to travel anywhere but we are definitely on the search for our perfect beach. We are a family with 6 children (2 grown, 1 teen and 3 little) so we are starting to start travel in small groups and not with all 8 of us!! I have rented our primary house on Airbnb for 14 years but just starting to do swaps in our new home. We have traveled a bit in the past (New Zealand, Mexico, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Canada, Spain, Holland, Ireland) and looking forward to traveling more and more.
