We are a family of 5 (with kids aged from 4 to 9) living in a 100 square meter (1184 square feet) apartment, located in a family neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe / Champs-Elysées.
This is our permanent home, and are mostly looking for exchanges during the holiday periods (especially July-August).
The space
We have 3 bedrooms (with sleeping arrangements for 5), a kitchen, a living room (with a convertible sofa bed) and a "play room" (originally the dining room). The apartment has 2 bathrooms, 2 independent toilets and a small storeroom used for laundry.
Guest access
The apartment is on a single floor, with elevator.
Access to an underground parking space can be arranged, depending on the dates.

Neighbourhood
You will find all typical French/parisian activities in the immediate neighbourhood: covered and open markets, bistro, Michelin-starred restaurants, parks (park Monceau is 20 minutes walk, several kids' playgrounds in the close neighbourhood), as well as supermarkets and speciality stores (bakeries, wine merchants...). 15-minutes walk to Champs-Elysées & Arc de triomphe; direct metro line to Eiffel Tower, Le Louvre Museum, Orsay Museum, Montmartre.
Getting to my home
Coming from any Paris airport, the best way would be to use a taxi (50-55 euros fixed price) to avoid having to change metro and the associated stairs. Option to take a direct bus (12 to 17 eur/pp) with bus-stop 10 minutes walk from our place.
If you arrive by long-distance train, you can either use the metro or a taxi (with traffic, metro can be quicker on rush hours)
Nearest airport
Charles de Gaulle airport is 25 km away
Getting around
Our flat is located near 3 metro lines (1, 2 and 3) and less than 15 minutes walk to the Charles-de Gaulle Etoile transportation hub (with express RER A line and metro lines 6).
