Located in the Cotes d'Armor, but less than 30 minutes from reindeer and 30 minutes from the bay of Saint Brieuc known worldwide for its scallops, the central location of the house will allow you to visit all the Côte d'Armor and the Ile et Villaine. 
For your historical walks: go to the rampart of Dinan (30 min) or to the walled city of Saint Malo (50 min) or Mont St Michel (1h30min).
For your desires for great outdoors: go to Cap Fréhel (40min), Cancale (50min) or Dinard (40min).

Our house is located in a quiet area less than 10 minutes from all amenities on foot. 

135 m2, it has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 2 separate toilets.

It is very bright with its south/south-west exposure. It has a garden with a 32m2 swimming pool to relax after your days of excursion.

Getting Around

Our house is at the crossroads of Routes de Bretagne. You are 25 minutes from Rennes and 35 minutes from Saint Brieuc (Accessible by train and car). 
Dinan, a medieval town, is a 20-minute drive away and Vannes, a fortified town, is 1 hour away.
Saint Malo, corsair city is only 40 minutes away as is Dinard seaside town. The world-renowned Mont SAINT MICHEL is 1 hour away.

Hello everyone, and welcome to our home!
We are a family of 4. We, the parents, Carole and Frédéric (42 years old) and our 2 children Noah 14 years old and Lana 11 years old. We have decided this year to embark on this home exchange program via PLU in order to make our children discover more places while leaving the possibility for other families to discover the riches of our beautiful Breton region.
