Cosy one bedroom furnished flat near Canal St Martin!

The Space

I live in a cosy one bedroom flat a minute walk from Canal St Martin and only 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord. I keep my flat very clean, uncluttered, mainly books and some lovely plants :) great for one person/couple. Also have a decent sized tv with netflix/amazon prime.

Guest Access

I live on the 4th floor (no lift sorry!) but it's an easy walk up with wide stairs and a handrail. Security wise there is a main door from the street then secomd door to gain access to my building (both with security codes to unlock).

Neighbourhood

Walking distance to great independent clothes shops, book shops, cafés, boulangeries, restaurants and wine bars. I can give you recommendations too plus let me know if looking for something specific. I am a big foodie, work in a cookery school and spend a lot of my free time finding the best places for coffee and pastries :)

Getting to my home

My flat is only 15 minutes walk from Gare du Nord if coming by Eurostar or RER B from airport, Gare de l'Est is literally at the end of my street (two minutes by foot) and 25km from Charles de Gaulle airport - easy 35 min taxi ride or via Gare du Nord.

Getting Around

You can walk everywhere, nearest supermarket three minutes away on foot, on greet main street that has everything else you need shopping wise.
