General Overview

Our home is a paradise in the Mexican Caribbean - Extremely safe gated community - 7 min walk to a beautiful beach. Backyard with private pool faces the golf course. Marina, restaurants, golf course, night life, skate park, jogging path all within 7 min walk.

The Space

4 bedrooms, each with attached bathroom and balcony. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a king size bed. Each bedroom also has a futon couch that could be used as a bed.

Guest Access

Kitchen, living room, one bedroom with attached bathroom and balcony, laundry and pool on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms up one flight of stairs.

Neighbourhood

Puerto Aventuras is a very safe gated community that is part tourist resort and part residence. We live in Paradise. Safe enough to let kids ride bikes around by themselves to the beach. We are 15 min to Playa del Carmen, 35 min to the Tulum ruins and a 5 min drive to several world class cenotes. Within our gated community, you will have walking distance access to an incredible Caribbean beach, jungle walks, large central park with children's playground, Skateboard park, jogging and cycling paths, outdoor exercise gym, restaurants, marina, shops, fruit market and nightlife.

Getting to my home

Cancun airport is 1 hour by shuttle or taxi or rental car.

Cancun airport is 1 hour north on a very safe straight highway.

Getting Around

The beach, jungle, park, golf course, marina, restaurants are all within walking distance. We have bikes too. You have the option of renting a golf cart if needed too. Cenotes and ruins would require a car or taxi/shuttle.
