General overview

Stunning 4 bedroom, 300sqm condo in Costa Rica, on the Pacific Coast, in the heart of lush tropical gardens in the amazing Reserva Conchal when we are travelling. We are right on Playa Conchal beach, one of Costa Rica’s finest, 2.5kms of extraordinary white sand and calm turquoise waters! 

Our luxury condo has a large terrace with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean, a huge living room, 3.5 bathrooms. Our home is bright, spacious and child-friendly with a great terrace with incredible sea views, less than 15 walk from the beach. (Conchal also offers a free shuttle service to the beachclub)

The huge living room, master and second master bedroom suites all have lush garden and stunning ocean views. It fits comfortably a family of 8 to 10 people and is very child-friendly with lots of toys, pull out beds, books and games.

Our amazing fully serviced community (Natural Reserve, Reserva Conchal) has 3 gorgeous swimming pools, pool houses, private beach access, and our condo gives you access to the beach club, pools, golf course, spa, gym and all of the 9 restaurants of Westin resort and new W hotel! 

The condo is also serviced daily by our caring and trustworthy housekeeper and we are most happy to keep the arrangement while we are away.

The space

Our condo is located in Malinche development of the amazing eco-friendly residence, Reserva Conchal (www.reservaconchal.com), which offers  several gorgeous swimming pools, private beach access, beach club, swimming pools, golf course, spa, gym, free kayak, boogie and paddle boards, children activities and all of Westin resort and newly built W hotel bars and restaurants as well a free shuttle services within the residence.

Reserva Conchal concierge will be available throughout your stay and our maid will be available and will come twice a week during your stay to make sure you can enjoy a perfect vacation!
