General overview
Only 90 minutes East of Las Vegas, with an airport of it's own, St. George is a charming community right in the heart of beautiful scenic canyon lands of Utah, crystal blue lakes, breathtaking drives & hikes and amazing award winning golf courses, etc. Our home is a beautiful 4 bed, 3 1/2 bath townhome that is very spacious. Minutes from incredible state parks, red rock canyons, lakes, hiking/biking trails, golf, outlets, shopping, world-class theatre in outdoor red rock setting. Only 35 minutes from Zion National park and a short day trip to so many of Utah's National Parks and only 1 1/2 hours from Las Vegas.

The space
Four bedrooms including a full size basement/media/game room space. With 3 full baths and a 1/2 bath on the main level. With a wonderful red rock view out every window.
Guest access
Three floors. All three bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs (Murphy bed.) No bedrooms/or bath/shower on main floor, but there is a comfortable couch that can be slept on and a bathroom. There are actually 3 1/2 bathrooms in this townhome!
Notes
Besides boating, hiking & taking in incredible views, we also love to come here for phenomenal outdoor theatre at Tuachan theatre and Cedar City's Shakespearean Festival... and also to EAT! :) There are so many scrumptious restaurants and dessert places that we can suggest going to for any PLU foodies out there.

There is an airport in St. George 10-15 minutes across town from our home. Las Vegas is also 90 minute in a rental car, (or by shuttle,) on 1-15.

Nearest airport is St. George Utah Airport, 10-15 minutes away. Nearest major airport is Las Vegas, Nevada. (90 minutes away.)
Getting around
Everything is very accessible by car. Less than 5/10 minutes from Lakes, State parks, Restaurants, Farmers Markets & Shopping.

Season
We are all about experiencing as much of this world as possible and meeting amazing people along the way. We are a family of 4 travelers, (with a married daughter, who also lives in our hometown.) My husband is a College Professor and I'm a Book Publisher and Realtor. We've also hosted 3 foreign exchange students and have loved getting to know each of them and learning about their cultures and traditions. Traveling is huge for us, so is meeting new people, hosting others, and sharing what we love and enjoy. Both of our homes are within a half hours drive from two of the most beautiful places on Earth. (Zion Canyon and Sequoia National Park.) We would love for you to have the chance to experience them too.
