General Overview
St. George is a charming community right in the center of 10 State and National Parks in Utah, Nevada, and Arizona, including Zion, Bryce, Kolob, Cedar Breaks, Sand Hollow, Snow, Dixie National Forest, Lake Powell, Valley of Fire, and The Grand Canyon.
Set in the heart of the beautiful scenic canyon lands of Utah. Surrounded by gorgeous National Parks and scenic wonders. Minutes from beautiful state parks, bluffs and canyons, green forests and meadows above us, and a ski resort just over an hour away. crystal blue lakes, breathtaking red rock vistas & amazing hikes and incredible golf courses, spas, hiking and mountain biking trails. Award-winning theatre as well.
Our home is minutes from incredible state parks, red rock canyons, lakes, hiking/biking trails, golf, outlets, shopping, world-class theatre, in an outdoor red rock setting. Only 10 minutes to the red rock bluffs of Snow Canyon, or the red sand beach and crystal blue lake of Sand Hollow recreational area and 60 min from the green pines and mountain Meadows of Dixie National Forest and Brian Head Ski Resort. 35 minutes from Zion National Park and a short day trip to so many of Utah and Nevada'd other well known National Parks, as well as Arizona's Grand Canyon. All within just 90 min from Las Vegas! The perfect homebase for seeing SW U.S.A.

The Space
Our home is cozy enough for 2 and large enough to sleep up to 10-11. With 4 bedrooms, (1 King, 2 Queens & 1 Full, plus a futon and comfortable couch.) With 3 1/2 bathrooms it is very spacious for a townhome!
You also have access to our clubhouse, workout room, showers, pool, jacuzzi and spa just a short walk from our house.
The four bedrooms include a full size basement/media/game room space with a Murphy bed. An upstairs with 3 full baths and one 1/2 bath on the main level. With a wonderful red rock view out every window. Our clubhouse is within easy walking distance and has a nice pool, jacuzzi and gym that as our guests you'f have full access to.

Three floors. All four bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs (Murphy bed.) No bedrooms/or baths or showers are on the main floor, but there is a comfortable couch that can be slept on and a half bath on the main level. There are actually 3 1/2 bathrooms in this townhome!
Notes
Besides boating, hiking & taking in incredible views, we also love to come here for world class spas and golf, as well as phenomenal outdoor theatre at Tuacahn. Cedar City also boasts the Tony Award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival just 45 min away. We also love to EAT! 🙂 There are so many scrumptious restaurants and dessert places that we can suggest going to, for any PLU foodies out there. For young families there are so many community centers, adventure parks, waterslides, swim pools, indoor tick climbing and Dinosaur museums, (built where dinosaurs were actually found.)

Getting to my home
There is an airport in St. George just 15-20 minutes from our home. Las Vegas is also 90 minutes in a rental car, (or by shuttle, via 1-15 freeway. We suggest either St. George Shuttle or Salt Lake Express. However having a car is essential once you arrive here.

Nearest airport is St. George Utah Airport, 10-15 minutes away. Nearest major airport is Las Vegas, Nevada. (90 minutes away.)
Getting Around
Everything is very accessible by car. Less than 5-15 minutes from Lakes, State parks, Restaurants, Golf, Theatres, Farmers Markets & Shopping. Just 35 minutes to Zion National Park, 90 minutes to Vegas and within 180 minutes of at least 10-12 state and National Parks and monuments.

We had such a great time staying at Season’s townhouse. It is well stocked with everything and the beds were so comfortable, the pool, hot tub and club house are a short walk away. It’s in a great location to explore the area. We visited Zion and Bryce national parks a few times , loved hiking at Snow Canyon state park watched the sunset at pioneer park and explored downtown St. George and visited some amazing hot springs to soak our sore muscles. You will not run out of things to do here. The weather was perfect during our 8 day October stay as well. Can highly recommend a stay here and communicating with Season was excellent. -
We had a fabulous stay at Season’s beautiful condo. Located very close to the main highway, it was so convenient to get to numerous hiking destinations, including two national parks! Her condo is very large and homey. After long days of exploring, it was wonderful to come “home” to a hot shower and big comfortable beds. Season had a large picnic basket out, filled with the ingredients to make a pasta dinner, along with other treats and local souvenirs. It was such a welcome treat! Season is a fabulous communicator and responded right away to our messages. I hope we stay in touch! Thank you Season!! -
This was our very first PLU experience as guests, and it was an absolute A+! Season’s home is ideally located for exploring some of the most spectacular natural wonders in the region. On our way there, we made a fun stop in Las Vegas, and once in St. George, we were able to visit Zion and Bryce National Parks, Kolob Canyons, Cedar Breaks National Monument, the stunning Snow Canyon State Park, and several other beautiful sights. These destinations are renowned for their majestic landscapes, and they truly lived up to the hype, each one left us in awe. Jared’s (Season’s husband) detailed itinerary was very helpful and made planning our days so much easier. Our favorite activities included our visit to Zion and the hike he suggested in Kolob Canyons, both were unforgettable. The home itself is clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet, attractive neighborhood with access to a lovely pool and jacuzzi just a two-minute walk away. St. George is also a charming town with great restaurants and plenty of cultural and entertainment options. One evening, we had dinner at Cliffside Restaurant, perched on the edge of Black Hill. The panoramic views of St. George and the surrounding landscape were breathtaking, and the food was equally impressive. We highly recommend it for a memorable dining experience. Last but not least, Season was a wonderful host. She is friendly, fun, organized, and a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you Season and Jared for opening your beautiful home to us and giving us the chance to experience such a memorable and nature-filled adventure! -
Season and Jared's second home is a spacious townhouse on 3 levels which made a great base for exploring S Utah. Having air con meant it was a lovely temperature to come home to after a hot morning hike. An absolute bonus for us was the community pool and hot tub, literally 2 minutes walk away. The master bedroom has a wonderful large comfy bed, the kitchen was good for cooking our own meals & the downstairs room stayed beautifully cool (mid to late May) in the evenings to watch TV. We absolutely loved the hiking opportunities ranging from popular Bryce and Zion National Parks to the less crowded local State Parks and Reserves. Offering a surprising variety of desert and canyon landscapes, we found getting to trailheads early in the mornings, meant we often had the trails to ourselves for a couple of hours. The house is located very near to the freeway so access is easy . Season and Jared were very helpful and communicative both prior and during the exchange. We also had the great pleasure of meeting Season's lovely mother. A really fantastic touch is that if you arrive late at night, there is a choice of pasta and sauce for you to help yourself to. Thank you so much Season and Jared, (and your parents), for the most amazing exchange. We saw scenery unlike anything we've seen before and made many happy memories. -

Season’s St. George home was the perfect launching off point for our southern Utah adventures! Our family of five adults and three young children easily fit into her spacious condo. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Anything we needed was just a few minutes away, and Season was very helpful in helping me to navigate the trip planning. We had a wonderful stay at Season's place. Her home is ideally located near numerous national and state parks. In just over a week, my kids and I visited 8 parks, including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs Recreational Area (very close to their home), Grand Canyon National Park, Antelope Canyon (a must-see and one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to), Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, and Valley of Fire State Park. The landscapes are absolutely incredible and very diverse! Season's home is close enough to allow day trips while having enough time to hike. My kids loved the stay as well! -
Our second time staying at Season's house in St. George, everything was perfect and we can't wait to have them stay at our house in LA in exchange again. -
We had a lovely stay in St George at Season’s home. There was plenty of room and everything we needed. The kids loved relaxing in the cosy basement level playing games and watching a movie. The gift basket and easy meal ingredients were such a lovely touch. St George itself is a beautiful town and a gateway to the world’s most stunning national parks. The local Washington rec centre had an amazing aquatic centre the kids loved! We would love to return one day. -
A great stay at Season's. We had the chance to meet Season and her husband at their main residence in Visalia before leaving for ten days in Saint Georges. The house is nice in a very good neighborhood with a swimming pool and a gym in the residence. We highly recommend talking to Season! -
I had a wonderful time at Season's house in St George. I drove there from Lake Powell after kayaking to Antelope Canyon. It is located in the perfect position to explore Bryce Ampitheatre and Zion National Park. Also, Las Vegas is accessible. The home itself was lovely, lots of space, lovely bedrooms, and living areas. Best of all was Season, and how hospitable she is! She had a basket full of goodies out, encouraged guests to try the Creamies in the freezer (yummmm!) and was very helpful when I asked for recommendations for a local swimming hole. She was also very communicative generally, and I felt I could ask her anything about her house any time. Thank you, Season, for an amazing stay! -
My stay was very comfortable and communication was easy. The house is in a convenient location to get to the amazing sights around St. George. Season also gave me great recommendations for beautiful scenery and amazing food. Will definitely want to come back! -
Season was so lovely and kind to work with! Her house was the perfect base for a fun long weekend. Close to the freeway (but not too close), Lots of space, comfortable, quiet, plenty of games, clean, and had everything we could need. She was so accommodating when my Dad asked to join us last minute too. She was so great to share many ideas and suggestions of things to do that would interest our family - local parks, restaurants, activities, etc. Can't wait to meet them in person when they come to our house in a couple of weeks! -
St George was a great jumping off point for Southern Utah, as we stayed here in between trips to Bryce/Zion and Escalante/Capitol Reef. Season left us great recommendations for kid-friendly spots nearby (favorites were Snow Canyon SP, Pioneer Park, the obstacle course park at Canyon Overlook, and Thunder Junction playground). Kids loved having access to the community pool during an April heat wave! Season was kind, generous, and super easy to communicate with. Thanks for having us! -
We loved our stay at Season's in St. George. Her townhouse is so large, our family of 4 didn't even use the basement at all. The beds were so comfortable, which was perfect after some long days of hiking and biking. It's a short drive to Snow Canyon (one of my new favourite places in the world!), a great park, biking trails, groceries and more. We enjoyed seeing the hot air balloons in the mornings and her kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals. Zion and Bryce were easy day trips and the mountain biking nearby was outstanding. We LOVED our stay and the beauty of Southern Utah. Season was easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome. -

My friend and I had a great time at Season 's house The bedroom is large with its own bathroom, the bed is comfortable The house is in a calm area , well located near the highway , so it is easy to go visiting Brice Canyon , Zion Park and other parks If you play golf , there are a lot of golf courses around with amazing views Seaon is very kind and the communication with her was really easy . I am very happy to host her and her family next summer

We had a great time at Season’s place! There is SO much to do in this area. We visited Gunlock State Park, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell and Glen Canyon, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Sand Hollow Aquatic Center, Canyon Park, Washington Community Center, Thunder Junction, Snow Canyon State Park, Cinder Cone, Veyos Resort, Red Hills Desert Park, and Pioneer Park. Like I said, there is plenty to do! You’ll enjoy the comfortable beds and relaxing by the pool. After hiking, the hot tub jets are AMAZING. Her location is perfect and so close to many of these places. Not to mention, Season is thoughtful in her communication and responsive to any questions you may have. I’m positive you will love staying at Season’s! -
Season and Jared have a very comfortable home. It is well equipped and it had everything we needed. They were very easy to communicate with, and responded quickly when we had a problem one time with the front lock (soon resolved). The neighborhood has a pool and clubhouse, which we used during the hot weather -- a nice benefit. Their home is close to St. George, a city with good restaurants and great hiking. We enjoyed our stay. -
Our stay in Season’s home during our visit to Utah was cut short, due to unforeseen circumstances, however it was the perfect place to visit for anyone on an adventure to see the national parks in the area. Everything was close by, convenient and Season was a perfect host. I would recommend an exchange with Season for any family! -

We stayed in Season’s home for 10 days with our 5 little kids. It is in an ideal location- we visited so many amazing state parks and trails, all within a 30 minute drive. The kids loved getting in the neighborhood pool at the end of a day of hiking & exploring. Season was very responsive, thoughtful & easy to communicate with! The home was spacious and easily fit us all. We would recommend a visit to St. George and Season’s home! -

This home was clean, centrally located to lots of great activities for our family! The condo was much larger than we realized and we had room to spread out and really relax! The community of St George is so clean and welcoming! It was a perfect location for hiking, fishing adventures for our younger kids who love the outdoors. -

Staying at Season's was our first exchange (although we still have to return the favour in May when Season and her family is staying at our place) and we really enjoyed it. Her house is in a great location, close enough to beutiful Zion NP and we were even able to book a xmas play at Tuacahn Amphitheater thanks to her great list of recommened places.

Grazie Season for hosting us in your beautiful home! We enjoyed our exchange in St. George: we visited Bryce Canyon (it was love at first sight with this park), Zion, Red Hills Desert Gardens, we went shopping. From the sofa, we watched the birds in the garden and the change of the light reflecting on the red hills. Season’s house is well equipped with everything tou need to feel comfortable. She helped us with reccomendations and ideas about the places to visit and things to do. We are grateful for this exchange and we hope that Season and her family will come and visi tour place at Lake Iseo in the future. -
We loved our stay at Season's home! Their home is close to the most scenic national parks: Zion is 40-50 minutes away, Bryce Canyon is 2 hours away, and the Grand Canyon is 2.5 hours away. We didn't have time to explore Grand Canyon, but we loved Zion and Bryce Canyon. It's the first time that I've seen the red rock canyons. Truly amazing. I had high expectations but didn't expect to be so in love with them. Season was so helpful and responsive. She sent us instructions regarding their home, where to explore, nice dining restaurants, and many other helpful tips. Season's home has everything we needed and much more. We loved the view from the dining room (we were lucky to see the full moon ascending from the mountain) and we also enjoyed the swimming pool/hot tub a few steps away from their home. We were really lucky to get connected with Season! -

We loved Season's home. It was a perfect travel spot with plenty of space for myself, my spouse, our three young kids and my parents. Everyone had their own space. The community pool/hot tub a few houses down from her home was so perfect after a long day of hiking. St George is amazing with amazing State parks at every highway exit and Zion within easy driving distance. I can't say enough good things about our vacation. Season was very responsive and helpful. I hope she will come to our home in NYC at some point. -

We had wonderful stay at Season’s townhome located in washington UT, it was so close to St George and there are lots of places to visit. We liked to visit snow canyon and red cliffs area. The famous Zion canyon is 45-50mins away and 2hrs to Bryce Canyon from Season’s house. Both national parks are simply amazing! Season is accommodating and very kind. We are so lucky to connected with Season’s family and getting know them. We love UT, if you like hike and outdoor activities UT is amazing place to visit! I highly recommend! What a great first PLU exchange! Season’s home was perfect for our party to explore all the great surrounding sites and do some fun hiking. The condo was clean, well equipped and in a very nice neighborhood near great restaurants and all other amenities. The three level condo is very spacious and the decor is very welcoming. Season was a great host and communicated with us during and after our one week stay. We fell in love with the St George and Washington area and hope to return again soon. -
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Season's St George home. Here home was warm, welcoming, well appointed and cozy - we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. St George is totally a hidden gem too... Most people like visiting the area to see Zion and Bryce Canyon (and we're no different) but it was so wonderful exploring her home city of St George too - it's a wonderful small city

But we also may travel with my parents, or adult children. My husband is a College Professor and I'm a Book Publisher and Realtor. We've also hosted 3 foreign exchange students and have loved getting to know each of them and learning about their cultures and traditions. Traveling is huge for us, so is meeting new people, hosting others, and sharing what we love and enjoy. Both of our homes are within a half hours drive from two of the most beautiful places on Earth. (Zion Canyon and Sequoia National Park.) We would love for you to have the chance to experience them too.
