You’re also just a 5-minute walk from one grocery store and a 12-minute walk from another, making it easy to stock up on essentials if you're traveling without a car. 🚗 Accessibility: Situated right next to the 101 freeway, the apartment offers easy access to all of Los Angeles. Whether you’re driving or using rideshare services like Uber, getting around the city is a breeze. 🤩 Hollywood Attractions: Located at the foothills of Hollywood, you can reach the iconic Hollywood Boulevard and its many attractions with a leisurely 15 to 20-minute walk. Despite its proximity, Franklin Village is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, allowing you to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere. 🏡 Neighborhood Charm: Franklin Village is a charming area known for its cozy ambiance and local flair. The neighborhood boasts a delightful strip of shops, restaurants, and bars, offering plenty of options to explore right outside your doorstep.

The Space

This cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located in a gated complex, offering a secure and comfortable stay in the heart of Hollywood. The complex features a pool as well as two grills. Street Parking: Parking is generally hassle-free in the neighborhood, and my friends never have trouble finding a spot. If you’re driving, you’ll need to be mindful of street cleaning schedules: one side of the street is cleaned on Mondays and the other on Tuesdays, so you’ll need to move your car accordingly.

Getting Around

I’m literally right next to the 101 so super easy if you’re traveling by car/uber. There is a bus stop right down the street and a metro stop about a 12 to 15 minute walk away.
