General overview

Beautiful home in a gated community, that sits on a lake. 4 bed 2.5 baths almost 2900 square feet. Open, light and bright! 5 minutes from the interstate highway, 13 minutes from the beach, 45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale, and an hour to Miami, and 2.5 hours from Disney, and Seaworld. We do have pets, so recommend no one with pet allergies :) Let our home be your home :)

The space

4 bedrooms 1King 1queen 1child/toddler bed (can bet substituted for a twin bed) 2 convertible couches that turn to queen beds. 2.5 bathrooms

Hello! We are the Sawvel family! My husband and I LOVE to travel and can’t wait (post covid restrictions) to get back out into the world! He has been to 40 countries and I have been to 30. One of my main goals in life is to show my daughter how vast and dynamic the world is, and have her grow up knowing that we are a global community, and that our differences create the beauty in the world!
