General overview
Humble home in the town center area of Virginia Beach! We live in a lake front community and a walk across the street takes you there to enjoy fishing and boating.
A spacious backyard with a trampoline for the kids.
We have a community pool right on the lake.
20 minutes from the Virginia Beach oceanfront and Virginia aquarium.
50 minutes to Williamsburg and Jamestown for all you history buffs.
Head over to Outer Banks for a day trip! The possibilities are endless
The space
Our home features 3 bedrooms; 1 queen, 1 full and king bed in the masters. We also have a finished room above the garage that includes a full size pull out futon. Our garage is equipped with a small gym including a bike , treadmill , workout bench and various weights and barbells.
We have a play room with all the toys a kid could need along with bikes and outdoor equipment.
Guest access
We do have stairs to the second floor and a step down into the garage.
Notes
We do have a super sweet cat who is available to provide some extra cuddles if you’re willing to keep her company!

Neighbourhood
We live in a small neighborhood on a lake with only 2 entry ways in and out. Very family friendly with a small playground and a pool.
Getting to my home
Uber and Lyft are available but having a car would be very helpful.
Nearest airport
Norfolk
Getting around
We live under 10 minutes to various grocery stores, restaurants and department stores. Including Target, Walmart, Food Lion , Cheesecake Factory, Smokey Bones, Wegmans, Old Navy, Kohls and many more!
