General Overview

Our home is a 4 bed cottage located in Warsash Hampshire, 1.5 hours drive from London, 20 minutes to Southampton or Portsmouth.  Warsash is located on the Hamble river and entrance to Southampton water. It is popular for its lovely river walks, wildlife and is a hotspot for sailing.

The Space

Our cottage has recently been extended offering an open plan living/kitchen area which overlooks a large deck and sloping garden. It is a 4 bedroom property which is made up of 2 king size bedrooms, a nursery and a spare room currently being used as a playroom.

We also have a separate annex which is currently used as an Airbnb and has another double bedroom, bathroom and lounge area. 

Amenities include washing machine, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, hob, espresso coffee machine, air fryer, ice machine.

Guest Access

2 floors with a set of relatively steep stairs with handrail. 

The garden has a decking with 5 steps to get down to the grassed area which slopes down.

Notes

We have a black Labrador Rodney who goes to dog sitters when we are away but unfortunately his hair could still be around as it seems to get everywhere.

There are two small shops at the end of our road within 2 minute walk. We are also on a main bus route which can take your to either Portsmouth or Southampton every 30 minutes. 
We have 2 bikes available for guests to use too. 
Swanwick Train station is 2.5 miles away.
