General Overview
My house is my jewel, I chose to live on the heights for the view of the ocean and the mountains. The terrace allows you to have a drink in front of the sunset.
The pool allows for relaxation after a day of adventure. Close to everything, especially public transportation, it's an asset that I often look for.
The Space
The house has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two 1.70m mattresses, so only for children. The first bathroom is in the master bedroom and the other is used by the other two bedrooms. Air conditioning is in the two double bedrooms.
Guest Access
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a private entrance on a completely quiet street. My mother lives upstairs if you need help.
The stairs leading down to the house are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. However, there are no stairs at the house level.

Neighbourhood
Quiet location, the oldest district of Noumea, close to the city center and the southern beaches and the exit of Noumea to discover the bush.
The neighborhood is so quiet that I personally never lock the house. It's the peaceful way of life.
Getting to my home
The house has three levels and three private entrances. My mother lives at street level, with a studio on the lowest level. The entrance is therefore on the highest part of the street with private parking.
Nearest airport
New Caledonia's only international airport (La TOntouta) is 35 minutes from my house. I can arrange a shuttle for you, or you can rent a car for more freedom.
Getting Around
To visit the islands of the archipelago, my house is a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal and a 15-minute walk from the bus station to all destination in the city and the bush.
I nevertheless recommend that you have a car for more freedom on an island that offers many magnificent places where you will want to stop...
