The neighborhood is a dead-end street with villas just like mine. Everyone is super friendly. It's an easy 5 minute walk to tennis courts, pool, golf, and spa.

Tampa International 1 hour. Sarasota/Bradenton 20 min away

Getting Around

Shops are nearby but a car is vital in this area and just about anywhere in the US except for major cities. It might br possible to do a car exchange.
