Our home is a spacious loft, built in a historical car factory, with high ceilings, double levels, and a distinctive industrial feel.

We have 4 rooms: 2 spacious teen rooms, one parental room, built on a mezzanine floor, and one smaller guest room. The loft has 3 bathrooms. In the building, there is a gym, a spa, and a concierge service. We also have a small garden (40 square meters).

Neighbourhood

We live in an urban area, but our building is situated in a parc, with plenty of green space and a very nice play area for children. Within 10 minutes walk, you can reach the forest and the river Rhône, where you can jog or take a hike to the countryside. Supermarkets and several restaurants are a few minutes away.

Getting around

Our home extremely well connected to everything by bus. The railway station is 6 minutes away, the airport 15 minutes. Geneva center is less than 10 minutes away, as are the major international organizations. If you like to walk, all of these places can also be reached on foot in 20 to 30 min.
