Neighbourhood
The neighborhood shows pride in ownership and love for nature. Wildlife such as deer, raccoons, alligators, armadillos and more can be seen throughout the neighborhood.
Within the neighborhood there are 4 playgrounds, walking paths, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, fishing docks, butterfly garden, nature center as well as ponds, palm trees, and flowers.
Getting around
No more then a 5 minute drive to pharmacy, banks, restaurants, or grocery store. Some restaurants, pharmacy and doctor's office are conveniently located by the entrance of the neighborhood making them easily reachable by bike or as part of a nice walk.
Malls, hospital, outlet shops, indoor ice skating rink, movie theater are just a short 10-15 minute drive away.
If you feel like a little more adventure and just take the quick 30 minute drive into Tampa where you can find a large variety of indoor and outdoor activities.
Sports fans will be able to choose between 2020 Stanley Cup Winners Tampa Bay Lightning, 2020 Super Bowl Winners Tampa Bay Lightning, 2020 American League Champions Tampa Bay Rays or 2020 USL cup finalist Tampa Bay Rowdies.
For family fun choose between the Children's Museums, Lowry Park Zoo, the Florida Aquarium, Bush Gardens Tampa, Adventure Island Waterpark and more.
