Within the safe gated community guests have full access to the swimming pool, hot tub, billiards room, darts, library and tennis courts...not to mention the separate 9 and 18 hole golf course. 
Walking distance to incredible hiking and biking trails. The home is close to several wineries, 20 minutes to beaches and 1 hr. to ski hills.
