It is a 130m2 house, including a veranda in a very quiet area of Clermont l'Hérault. My favorite corner is the summer kitchen and the swimming pool.
There are still things to do in painting and decorating... but I'm actively working on it!
The bed in the yellow and green bedroom can turn into two twin beds.
There is a sofa bed (sofa bed) in the summer kitchen, for those who like to sleep in the open air.
The dining room is in the veranda. There is a large dining table for 8 guests (add the extension).
The space
There are 4 bedrooms, including a master suite.
On the mezzanine:
- bedroom 1: bed 160cm
- bedroom 2: 80 cm twin beds that can be fixed to make a 160 cm bed
- bathroom with double basin + bath + toilet
Ground floor :
- bedroom 3: bathroom with shower and washbasin, 140cm bed
- room/bedroom 4: two 80cm beds
- toilets on the ground floor.
- laundry room with a third shower
- kitchen open to living room
- veranda (dining room).
The house is air-conditioned except the veranda and one of the 4 bedrooms.
Exterior:
- terrace 1 (downstairs, in front of the kitchen): BBC, bread oven
- at the top of the land: swimming pool and summer kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, BBC, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, griddle teppanyaki, fryer, sofa bed...).
Guest access
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are steps everywhere, outside and inside.
Notes
Small town but with all the shops: hypermarket, supermarket, DIY, shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema... Great market every Wednesday morning, there are people coming from everywhere.
I like to cook and entertain, I am well equipped for that, even for large families.

Neighbourhood
Clermont l'Hérault is at the crossroads of the A75 and the A750, both free. It is therefore easy to go to Montpellier and Béziers and the beaches in less than an hour. Millau and Larzac are also about 1 hour away. The Salagou lake, the dolomitic circus of Mourèze are 7 km away, the Navacelle circus an hour away, Pézénas 20 minutes away.
The house is in a dead end at the end of which leave paths for short walks on the Ramasse hill.
The Hérault valley is very close for kayaking trips. There is a take-off for paragliders 7km from the house, in Cabrières. Lots of hikes nearby.
In Clermont, everything is on site: hypermarket, supermarket, drive, brico, decoration, etc... all the usual signs. A cinema, cafes and restaurants.
Local produce market on Wednesdays and olive-growing cooperative (olive oils and products derived from olives). Regional evenings on Thursdays in summer. Pézenas market on Saturday morning.
Getting to my home
Served by Hérault transport (departmental bus). A stop 500m from the house, route de Bédarieux. Convenient, especially for Montpellier: city center by bus+tram for 2 to 3.20 euros.
