We live 5 minutes from Lake Oroville! You can walk to Long Creek Winery https://longcreekwineryandranch.com/ or just enjoy a quiet evening around the house in one of many relaxing spaces. Boutique grocery and custom meat market 1 mile down the road.
Our neighborhood is quiet with low traffic and country feel but 5 minutes to town.
