Nice 75 sqm apartment in Rome (northern part of Rome: Monte Mario). 2 bed rooms one double and a single. kitchen bathroom and living room. A terrace you can eat outside, Well connected by public transport (fast train that connects San Pietro in 12 min, 10 min. to subway line A and 20 min to line B and buses to the city center (also a night bus that connects my house to piazza venezia). Bedroom of approx 15 sqm with a single bed, big wardrobe, desk and a small library. Kitchen and Bathroom with bathtube and shower.
Supermarkets (100 m), market with typical roman products (50 m), post office, shops and shopping areas (150 m), hospitals (400 m) good Roman restaurant and pizzeria 50m, chinese restaurant 100 m, 50 m pub, railway station to Fiumicino 300m and Termini. Lovely balcony usable for breakfast in the spring. First floor with elevator.

Giulia's home is a perfect place to visit Rome:)! We had such a lovely time, even when it rained. The apt was great for us, the public transport to Rome centre was working very well and we would be happy to return any time:) Thanks Giulia! -
This is a nice apartment in a good area within 5 to 10 minute walk of transit. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. It would have been helpful if the host had a given a little better instructions on how to use the transit especially the stations where you change trains. -
Guilia has a roomy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood with various small shops and a couple of places to eat or pick up a pizza. It has a nice balcony and a beautiful bathroom. Guilia is easy going and a real sweet heart. People should be aware that there are bus and train connections (300-500 m away) with public transport but there are also various transfers needed to get around which people might find time consuming. If you have lots of time or are prepared to travel at a slower pace, go for it. We experienced that everyone is very kind and helps you find your next connection. -
The appartment of Giulia is very nice and confortable, specially the big bathroom. The terrasse is very nice too. We can go to the center by train or bus. We prefered by bus (about 45min). The neighborhood is very quite and there is restaurants and a tipical market. Thanks a lot Giulia for your warm welcome and the communication.
