17 km from Perpignan, the village of Passa is at the foot of the Canigou and gives a direct view of the Albères massif. Surrounded by vineyards, it is the starting point for many hiking trails providing access to perched villages such as Llauro. A preserved but growing village, Passa is ideally located between the sea and the mountains. The beaches are accessible at 30 mn (Argelès, Collioure, Porte Vendres, Banuyls and especially the cove of Paulilles superb place to discover the snorkling near a family beach and very well equipped, giving access to a coastal path going to the north to Cap Béar and south to Cadaques on the Costa Brava.
The space
Equipped with a ground floor composed of a large garage, an entrance and a laundry room, the village house with a brick facade and sky-blue shutters, is made up of 2 floors. On the 1st, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room (oven, microwave, US fridge, extractor, induction hob, dishwasher, large work surfaces), 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room with superb earthenware tiles. On the 2nd floor, a very bright living room, giving access to a large terrace of 50 m2 with a superb view of the Albères, summer kitchen and jacuzzi, a large bedroom and a second bathroom also with a shower room. Italian water. The whole house underwent an extensive renovation at the end of 2020.

Very quiet and preserved area. Narrow street not allowing parking in front of the house but garage directly accessible.
Getting around
Vehicle essential to access the supermarkets in POLLESTRES, THUIR and LE BOULOU (15mn); Perpignan-Rivesaltes airport at 35 min, Carcassonne at 1h00, Montpellier 1h20 and Toulouse-Blagnac at 2h30. Franco-Spanish border near PERTHUS. Possible purchases of products at reduced prices in shops and supermarkets on the Spanish side in PERTHUS or JONQUERA. Near Costa Brava (Palafrugell, Cadaques) via FIGUERES.
