General Overview

Our 2400 sq. ft. 4 bedroom/ 2 full and 1 quarter bath family home is the primary residence for my wife and I, our 9 year old twins, 1 cat and 1 non-shedding dog. This home is in a suburban neighborhood near mission trails and Cowles Mt. and a 25 minute drive to downtown, SeaWorld, Mission Beach, La Jolla, Petco Park, and San Diego Zoo.

Downstairs includes 2 living rooms, half bathroom, a large playroom, kitchen, dining room, office/workout room, and garage. Upstairs includes a master bedroom with bathroom, a separate full bathroom, and three other bedrooms.

It is a safe, suburban neighborhood. A car is necessary to get to all the tourist destinations around San Diego. We are open to discussing a car exchange (we have a 2025 kia Carnival).

Melody

We are a family of 4 - my wife and I and our 9 year old twin boys. I am a middle school science teacher and my wife is a physical therapist. We are a respectful and responsible family who hope to travel often and show our children this amazing world! We do have 1 non-shedding dog, a cat, 3 chickens and a bearded dragon, but we are flexible with their accommodations when making travel plans. We are interested in simultaneous weekend swaps within a 4 hour drive and longer summer/holiday swaps around the U.S. and world!
